Sunset at the Palms Wedding Terms and Conditions

A $300.00 charge (for administration, processing, government license, and marriage certificate) is required for a wedding reservation and for vow renewals. Payment will be made by secure credit card payment. This fee is non-refundable.

All packages are for up to six persons for the cake and champagne toast unless otherwise noted.

To accommodate a party of more than 6 persons a $20 per person supplemental fee will apply. Private functions / receptions will incur additional fees.

A non-refundable fee of $300 applies to package cancellations.

Terms and Conditions for use of The Wedding Concierge system

The Wedding Concierge System is a proprietary software tool that is used by Sunset at the Palms to show available wedding dates and times on a calendar.It also displayw the products and services which may be for sale to enhance the wedding experience.  You are solely responsible for your access to, use of, and/or reliance on any user content. therefore you must conduct any necessary, appropriate, prudent or judicious investigation, inquiry, research, and due diligence with respect to any content displayed. If you have any questions, concerns or claims regarding a product or service you purchased displayed on the wedding concierge, please address these to Sunset at the Palms. You are also bound by all the terms and conditions of the Sunset at the Palms website.

If you do not accept and agree to all provisions of the terms and conditions of use, now or in the future, you may reject the terms and conditions of use by immediately terminating all access and use of the Wedding Concerige System.
