HOW TO BOOK YOUR CEREMONY

• Select the month and year of your ceremony, then scroll over dates to view available times. (There are no weddings on Jamaican national holidays. Those days will appear as unavailable.)

• Complete the form; make sure that the spelling of all requested information is entered correctly.

• A $300.00 charge (for administration, processing, government license, and marriage certificate) is required for a wedding reservation for vow renewals. Payment will be made by secure credit card payment and this fee is non-refundable.

• Weddings must be booked 45 days prior to your requested ceremony date and time.

• Vow renewals must be booked 14 days prior to your requested date and time.

• Last-minute bookings (45 days or less) are subject to an additional $200.00 late fee.

• Legal documents must be received no later than 8 weeks (56 days) prior to your ceremony or a $30.00 late fee will apply. Please visit the FAQ page for details on the required documents.

• Once you enter the required information, you'll be instructed to provide a credit card payment in order to confirm your ceremony date and time (Payment must be made to hold your ceremony date and time). Once completed, a confirmation email and receipt will be sent to you, and contact with your wedding coordinator will be initiated.

• Wedding and renewal of vows can be reserved through the calendar, however selection of a wedding package must be processed and confirmed through your wedding coordinator. Please contact your wedding coordinator to discuss the various wedding packages. Visit the Contact Us page for their information.

• When making travel arrangements please note that you must arrive at the resort at least 2 days prior to holding your ceremony.

• Upon arrival at the resort, you'll be scheduled a time to meet with your wedding coordinator and discuss any final details.

• Note, to qualify for the complimentary "We Do"; package (Sunset at the Palms, Negril), a minimum purchase of seven nights is required in a One Bedroom Suite or if there is a confirmed booking of 5 rooms for 3 nights. If these requirements are not met, a payment of $679.00 will be required 30 days prior to arrival at the resort. (This package is only available for wedding ceremonies and not vow renewals.)
